Project Description

$1.25 million Restoration/Construction: 2 story, 12,000 sf, 100-year-old building with concrete/masonry construction. Project included demolition then rehabilitation from vacant shell to use as code compliant private catholic elementary school. As General Contractor, NGC provided directed this rehabilitation from project design to final construction. This fast paced design build project following the Joplin tornado went from design to occupancy in 8 weeks.

Project Attributes

May 22nd, 2011 Saint Mary’s Catholic School was destroyed by an EF5 Tornado. Neal Group Construction restored a new space for the school in 8 weeks.
